One day, Lynn had an idea!!!!

Now, Marty knows when Lynn has an idea, he might be in trouble. It will definitely involve him, whether he wants it to or not.  They have been married for a good while, and he has heard that sentence A LOT!

Lynn went on rambling anyway without giving Marty a chance to even respond. I mean, this was a GREAT idea (says Lynn). She had conjured the idea of creating a partnership for their holistic businesses. Marty is a Licensed Massage Therapist wanting to start offering mobile massage again, and Lynn is an Integrative Coach building her business. We share a belief in the importance of holistic wellness, encompassing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person's health. It seemed fitting that we do this together.  So, we created Synergistic Wellness 502 by bringing Marty's massage practice into what Lynn was already building, and there we have it! (Obviously, Marty thought it was a great idea, too!)

Now, about the name. It fell into their lap one day, almost literally. There the word sat on Lynn's phone for no known reason. We are also both believers in the work of the Universe and how it shows us what we need in the moment, at the right moment. Synergistic: relating to the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects (Oxford). There is not a word in the English language that describes our relationship any better! We work so well together; it's almost like a dance, regardless of the task. We have always believed in serving this Earth and people for the greater good! 

Marty is now offering mobile massages in the evenings and on Fridays. Lynn is continuing to grow her coaching, offering various group coaching, plus 1:1 sessions, while also facilitating various Women's Circles, including one for the New Moon each month and one for those experiencing Peri and Post Menopause. We have big dreams, but for now, it is just us working to help you live the best life you can through each of our talents.
