Lynn is a dedicated health educator and coach passionate about empowering individuals to achieve holistic well-being. With a degree in Integrative Health Sciences and certification in Reiki Levels I & II, she offers integrative life coaching to support clients on their wellness journeys. As a lifelong learner and community advocate, Lynn serves as the Chapter Coordinator for Herbalists Without Borders, leading a team of volunteers in providing herbal support to the Louisville community.
Lynn’s approach combines education, motivation, accountability, and guidance to help clients cultivate healthier lifestyles. She enjoys sharing her knowledge through teaching and group work. When not immersed in her work, Lynn finds rejuvenation in nature, tending to her urban garden, or exploring the outdoors through hiking and kayaking.

I respect all clients regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, economic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health, and personal habits, providing a safe space for all.
I keep all client data and conversations confidential and follow HIPAA regulations as required.
I meet the client where they are in their health journey, honoring their process and providing educational feedback and resources.
I maintain professionalism by being on time and prepared, keeping agreements, being present, listening fully, asking only pertinent questions, and following up promptly.
I perform only the services I am qualified and capable of performing and refer to appropriate specialists when work is not within my scope of practice or not in my client's best interest.
I offer services at a fair price and on a sliding scale.
